Good leads?

This looks like a pretty good lead. "The city has grown by 14 percent". They tell you exactly what is going on in the first sentence. Everything else they say can only be added to that, but you know what the point of the whole story is, is to tell you that the city has grown.

This is just a test, nothing interesting about this blog at all. In fact, don't even consider it an actual blog, otherwise i'd be robbing myself of my very first blog. So these words don't exist.
